 These manuals are for use on the following types of projects:
  • Construct, enlarge, extend or otherwise improve rural water, sanitary sewage, solid waste disposal and storm wastewater disposal facilities.
  • Relocate buildings, roads, bridges, fences or utilities associated with project.
  • Payment of utility connection charges.
  • Reasonable fees and costs such as: engineering, legal, administrative, environmental analysis, surveys, and planning.
  • Costs of acquiring interest in land; rights, such as water rights, leases, permits, rights-of-way, etc.
