RURAL RENTAL HOUSING PROGRAM

Our Rural Rental Housing Program makes or guarantees loans to finance construction and site development of multifamily living quarters for people with limited incomes. Some units are reserved for people with disabilities and/or people age 62 and over. In Indiana, there are nearly 600 rural rental housing complexes with nearly 14,000 apartments financed by USDA.
