U.S. Senator Sam Brownback (far left) recently visited the Northwest Cotton Growers Co-op facility located outside Moscow, Kansas. Rural Development utilized the B&I Guarantee Program to Guarantee a $2,150,000 loan made by Security Savings Bank of Garden City to assist with financing the purchase of the new cotton gin and construction of the related facilities. Senator Brownback is visiting about the operations of the gin with Co-op member Jay Garetson and gin employees Beth Moser (center) and Tammye Armbrister (far right).
