Topeka, KS.   USDA Rural Development State Director Chuck Banks would like to remind rural Kansans that the Agency will be hosting two informational forums to discuss the energy provisions of the 2002 Farm Bill.  The public meetings will be held April 24th in Emporia and April 26th in Garden City.  U.S. Senator Pat Roberts and U.S. Senator Sam Brownback are scheduled to join Rural Development staff at the respective forums.
