USDA Rural Development appreciates the opportunity to administer these programs that help strengthen rural Kansas.” Banks also read a letter of congratulations from First District Congressman Jerry Moran.
Hosington Hospital Administrator Jim Turnbull praised USDA Rural Development for their assistance with the project. “We are pleased that Hosington’s participation in Rural Development’s programs has paved the way for other Kansas hospitals to access this needed capital”, commented Turnbull.
