“USDA Rural Development greatly appreciates the outstanding partnership it enjoys with both Gemini Funding Corporation and Metz Banking Company. The Agency’s Single-Family Guaranteed Rural Housing Program provides loan guarantees for local lenders who finance affordable homes for lower income Kansans. This important housing program supports expanding homeownership opportunities in our rural communities, resulting in increased economic development for the State. We applaud these lenders for utilizing this Agency program,” remarked State Director Banks.
