USDA Rural Development Honors
Kansas Homeownership Partners

Topeka , KS - USDA Rural Development State Director Chuck Banks , in remarks following a state-wide tour highlighting homeownership opportunities provided by USDA, congratulated several Agency partners for their outstanding commitment to expand housing opportunities in Kansas .
