Greensburg 'Community Self-Help Housing Program' Announced

City of Greensburg Water Tower Project Receives USDA Rural Development Funding

United Way of the Plains & USDA Announce Partnership

The United Way of the Plains and USDA Rural Development today announced a new partnership to help support the construction of affordable single-family homes in Greensburg.  The partnership, which will include the contribution of joint funding to the City, will allow the Kiowa County community to create a 'Community Self-Help Housing Program' modeled after USDA's successful Mutual Self-Help Housing Program.The United Way of the Plains and USDA Rural Development today announced a new partnership to help support the construction of affordable single-family homes in Greensburg.  The partnership, which will include the contribution of joint funding to the City, will allow the Kiowa County community to create a 'Community Self-Help Housing Program' modeled after USDA's successful Mutual Self-Help Housing Program.
