Director Chuck Banks (left) joined Margaret Snipes, along with
USDA Rural Housing Administrator Russell Davis and Mike Zamrzla,
Constituent Services Representative from the Office of Congressman
Jerry Moran, during the tour of recently finished homes funded
through the Agency's Mutual
Self-Help Housing Program. Ms.Snipes was one of the
five families
participating in the mutual self-help project which performed
approximately 65 percent of the construction labor on each other's
homes under qualified supervision.
