Rural Housing Programs

Our agency vision is to partner with the people of rural Kansas to develop sustainable communities. Housing is a vital part of a community. Rural Development has a variety of housing programs to help meet the housing needs of moderate, low and very low income rural Kansans. Whether it is assisting a family or individual with purchasing their first home or assisting someone who owns their home accomplish seriously needed repairs, or providing an apartment for someone who needs a place to live, Rural Development can help.
