Real Estate Owned Properties
Real Estate Owned (REO) properties are those that have been acquired by this Agency and typically are offered for sale through an open listing with local real estate agents. Program properties(P) may be financed with Rural Development funds to eligible Rural Housing applicants. Non-program(NP) properties are sold "as is" and are subject to deed restrictions.
