	Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in a certain Mortgage 
from Gregg G. Gaskill and Stephanie C. Gaskill to Farmers Home Administration n/k/a/
Rural Housing Service, U. S. Department of Agriculture dated March 24, 1988 and 
recorded in Liber, 228, Folio 334 among the Land Records of Cecil County, Maryland, 
the holder of the indebtedness secured by a Mortgage assigned to Bradford I. Webb 
and Michael S. Levin, Assignees by instrument duly executed, acknowledged and 
recorded among the Land Records of the County aforesaid, default having occurred 
under the terms thereof, an Order to Docket having been filed and at the request of 
the parties secured thereby, the undersigned Assignees will offer for sale at 
public auction
AT THE CECIL COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT
ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2001 AT 12:00 PM
ALL THAT LOT OF GROUND AND THE IMPROVEMENTS THEREON situated in Cecil 
County, Maryland and described as follows:
	See metes and bounds description set forth in that certain deed dated March 
24, 1988 and recorded among the Land Records of Cecil County in Liber 228, folio 332,
containing 0.754 of an acre of land, more or less.
The property is improved by a dwelling. In fee-simple.
	The property and improvements will be sold in an "AS IS" condition and 
subject to conditions, restrictions and agreements of record affecting same, 
including building and/or environmental violations, if any, with no warranty, 
expressed or implied as to the description or condition of the property or improvements.
 
	TERMS OF SALE: A cash deposit, certified check or other method of payment 
acceptable to Assignees, for Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) at the time of sale 
will be required of all purchasers other than the mortgage holder. Balance of the 
purchase price is to be paid in cash within ten (10) business days of the final 
ratification of sale by the Circuit Court for Cecil County. If payment of the balance 
does not take place within ten (10) business days of ratification, the deposit will 
be forfeited and the property will be resold at the risk and expense of the defaulting
purchaser. Unless purchased by the mortgage holder, interest will be paid on unpaid 
purchase money at the rate of interest set forth in the note from date of sale to 
date of settlement. Taxes, water rent and ground rent, if any, to be adjusted to 
date of sale. All other public charges and assessments payable on an annual basis 
to be adjusted for the current year to date of sale and assumed thereafter by the 
purchaser. Cost of all documentary stamps and transfer taxes shall be borne by the 
purchaser. Purchaser shall be responsible for removing anyone in possession of the premises.
 
	If Assignees are unable to convey good and marketable title, the purchaser's
sole remedy in law or in equity shall be limited to a refund of the deposit. Upon 
refund of the deposit, the sale shall be void and of no effect, and the purchaser 
shall have no further claim against the Assignees.
