Rural Development administers the Community Facilities Loan and Grant Programs out of its Area Offices in Bangor, Lewiston, and Presque Isle.

Projects funded by Direct Loan/Grant shall be prepared in accordance to ADA/AG as well as UFAS (Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards).

All documents must be reviewed for completeness by Rural Development prior to going out to bid. The table below includes the necessary documents for  RD construction contracts.
