Rural Utilities Program - Construction Information

This Web Site contains information for Rural Development RUP projects. Links have been used to minimize out of date information. Please consult with the local RD office with any questions relating to applicable forms and contracts.

Please Note:

On the Engineering Agreement Site, do not use Exhibit C percentage, and Exhibits F and H are optional.

On the Contract Documents Site, please consult with the RD State Engineer prior to using forms other than EJCDC. Confirm the use of proper Bond Forms (EJCDC, Traditional RD, or AIA) and follow the guidelines listed in the table below before submitting to RD for approval.
