Small Contracts (Less than $100,000)

This Web Site contains information for RUP projects for total contracts less than $100,000. Either Bulletin 1780-13 or Bulletin 1780-15 should be used, depending on whether or not you choose to require payment and performance bonds. The remaining documents need to be used in either case.

 

Contracts with Bonds (Payments = 95% of in-place value with 5% retainage paid at final completion)
