106th birthday of pearl hamlin

Rural Development State Director Michael W. Aube presents a special birthday card to Pearl Hamlin as she celebrates her 106th birthday on February 14, 2003. Pearl lives independently at The Quarry Pines, Brownville. This apartment complex was funded through Rural Development’s Section 515 program and is owned by Brownville Housing Corporation.
