Rural Housing Program - The Rural Housing Program is an agency within Rural Development that provides Single Family Housing loans, grants, and guarantees;  loans and guarantees for  Multi-Family Housing; and loans, grants, and guarantees for not-for-profit and municipal Community Facilities.

Rural Utilities Program - The Rural Utilities Program is an agency within Rural Development that provides loans, grants, and guarantees for Water and Waste Disposal systems to municipalities, public utilities, and not-for-profit water or sewer systems.

Rural Business-Cooperative Program - The Rural Business-Cooperative Program is an agency within Rural Development that provides loans, grants, and guarantees for Business Programs.
