of Agriculture • Rural Development USDA ANNOUNCES $60,000 FOR GRAYLING EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT EAST LANSING, Jan. 22, 2008 – USDA Rural Development will present a $60,000 ceremonial check for fire and police equipment to the City of Grayling at Grayling City Hall, 1020 City Blvd., in Grayling on Monday, Jan. 28, at 10 a.m. The event is open to the general public and everyone is welcome to attend. USDA Rural Development's mission is to deliver programs in a way that will support increasing economic opportunity and improve the quality of life of rural residents. As a venture capital entity, Rural Development provides equity, liquidity, and technical assistance to finance and foster growth in homeownership, business development, and critical community and technology infrastructure.
