USDA RURAL DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCES $46,000 FOR NORTHERN MICHIGAN COMMUNITIES EAST LANSING, Jan. 4, 2010 – USDA Rural Development Director for Michigan James Turner today announced a series of ceremonies commemorating $46,000 in grants for communities across the Northern Michigan.
