EAST LANSING, June
25, 2009 U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development
Multi-Family Housing Director for Michigan Ghulam Sumbal today presented
a $1,232,000 ceremonial loan check at the open house for the newly
refurbished Hidden Hollow Apartments in Columbiaville.
USDA Rural
Development's mission is to deliver programs in a way that will support
increasing economic opportunity and improve the quality of life of rural
residents. As a venture capital entity, Rural Development provides
equity, liquidity, and technical assistance to finance and foster growth
in homeownership, business development, and critical community and
