Rural Development oversees the management of over 600 multi-family housing facilities throughout rural Minnesota. We can finance the construction of new facilities and rehabilitate existing complexes. We can finance farm and labor housing and work with local nonprofits to assist with the rehabilitation of single-family homes. Rental assistance to qualified individuals is also available.
