Keith Sunderland gives his thanks to everyone who helped him achieve the American Dream of home ownership.

On Friday, June 16, Under Secretary for USDA Rural Development Thomas C. Dorr visited Minnesota for a special June Homeownership Month event. The Under Secretary recognized Keith Sunderland, a 27-year-old man who has overcome cerebral palsy and over 40 surgeries for various other ailments to achieve the dream of home ownership. Over 110 people gathered at Keith's home for the celebration. A reception followed at the Baxter City Hall.
