St. James Health Services Administrator Dawn Wells, Steve Wenzel,
Tom Dorr, and Rep. Gutknecht break ground for a new hospital in St.
James. Rural Development guaranteed a $16.325 million loan to build
the new facility.
Tom Dorr addresses an audience of about 500 in St. James. This was
the second day of the tour.
NRCS Deputy Under Secretary Mark Rey presents Archie Kluender with a
plaque. The tour stopped by Archie's organic farm in Wells, Minn.

State Director Wenzel chats with the Secretary of Agriculture Mike
Johanns at Dordt College in Iowa. Secretary Johanns joined the tour
for the Iowa stops on the first day.
The first stop on the tour was at Minwind, a seven-
turbine wind farm in Luverne, Minn. Minwind President
Mark Willers talked about his project at the entrance
of one of the turbines.
