*Red Lake Homes Shelter, Inc.: $75,000 grant to purchase modular building,

the shelter more office space and private meeting areas.

Processors ($565,695), Cargill ($269,307), FUMPA BioFuels ($25,793).

*Arrowhead Electric Cooperative: $11,296,239 grant and $4,841,245
loan to deliver broadband in Cook County.
*Lake County: $56,413,705 loan and $9,955,359 grant to deliver broadband in Lake
County and Eastern St. Louis county.
*Halstad Telephone: $6,555,000 to expand broadband access in Norman and Polk
Counties.
*Arvig Telephone Company: $5 million grant to expand broadband in Cass and Crow
Wing Counties.
*Farmers Mutual Telephone Company: $4.8 million loan and $4.8 million grant to
expand broadband in Lac qui Parle County.
*Minnesota Valley Television Improvement Corporation: $563,000 loan and %563,000
grant to deliver broadband in west central and central Minnesota.
*Northeast Service Cooperative: $21.7 million loan and $21.7 million grant to
deliver broadband to rural Northeast Minnesota.
*Federated Telephone Cooperative: $1.5 million loan and $1.5 million grant to
deliver broadband in rural Morris, Minn.
*Federated Telephone Cooperative: $650,000 loan and $650,000 grant to deliver
broadband to rural Appleton, Minn.
*City of Windom: $6.3 million loan and $6.3 million grant to deliver broadband
to Jackson, Nobles, Murray and Cottonwood Counties.
*Wikstrom Telephone Company: $5.1 million grant and $2.2 million loan to deliver

new customers, build 29 miles of distribution lines and make improvements to 60
