RURAL HOUSING LOAN AND GRANT PROGRAMS |
Rural Development Instruction stipulates that housing programs can be administered to applicants when the proposed security is located in a rural community of less than 20,000 population, on a farm, or in open country not closely associated to an urban area. Due to funding regulation we cannot make housing loans in St. Louis City or County. Please click here to contact the St. Louis office of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
USDA INCOME AND PROPERTY ELIGIBILITY SITE This site is used to determine eligibility for certain USDA home loan programs. Household income must meet certain guidelines. Also, the home must be located in an eligible rural area as defined by USDA. Applications are accepted in the office that services the county where the security is located.
