The Farm Labor Housing Direct Loan Program provides safe, affordable, rental housing for farm workers living on or near the land they work.

Repairs & Improvements

Substantial rehabilitation of rental housing

LOAN

Individual families receive a direct loan

RATES

Loan interest is 1% interest for 33 years

TERMS OF REPAYMENT

Loan amortized over 33 years at 1% interest

MAXIMUM AMOUNTS

Up to 100% of market value

RESTRICTIONS

Rural areas, towns, & cities maximum population – 20,000 or less
