Housing Preservation Grant Program:

PURPOSE

The Housing Preservation Grant Program provides grants to sponsoring organizations to repair or rehabilitate very low- and low-income housing. The grants are competitive and are available in areas where needs are most concentrated.

ELIGIBILITY

Very low- or low-income housing landlords

Very low- or low-income housing homeowners

Very low- or low-income housing cooperative members

FUND USE

Repair & rehabilitation of very low- or low-income homeowner’s homes

Repair & rehabilitation of very low- or low-income multi-family housing units by property owners

RESTRICTIONS

Rural areas, towns, & cities maximum population – 20,000 or less
