The Single Family Home Ownership Guaranteed Loan Program provides home loan guarantees to qualified applicants for the purpose of purchasing safe, affordable homes.

ELIGIBILITY

Families in very-low, low & moderate income (115% of Median Household Income) areas

FUND USE

Purchase new or existing homes of modest price & design

RATES

Fixed interest rate

TERMS OF REPAYMENT

Loans are 30 year, fixed rate loans

MAXIMUM AMOUNTS

Up to 100% of market value with no loan limit

FEES

1.75% Guarantee fee charged to lender

RESTRICTIONS

Rural areas, municipalities, towns, & cities maximum population – Less than 25,000
