USDA Rural Development's Housing Program along with the Human Resource Council made it possible for the homeowner to buy this brand-new, two-bedroom home in Missoula's Canyon Creek Village development.  The homeowner attended a homeownership education class sponsored by a local non-profit group, HomeWORD.  HomeWORD educates the first-time homebuyer on what questions to ask in looking for a home and how to secure a loan.
