The National Rural
Development Partnership and Oklahoma Rural Development Council will host a 3-day
conference August 29-September 2, 2004 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This event
will bring together the leadership of 38 State Rural Development Councils (SRDCs)
with rural development experts from across the nation. Conference registration
materials will be distributed via email and mail during the week of June 21 or
