Rental Housing

Rural Rental Housing Loans -- To allow individuals or organizations to build or rehabilitate rental units for low-income residents in rural areas.

Rental Assistance -- USDA Rural Development works with more than 65 apartment complexes throughout rural Nevada to provide subsidized rent to low-income individuals, families, and elderly who live in USDA-financed complexes.

Farm Labor Housing Loans and Grants -- To enable farmers, public or private nonprofit organizations, and units of state and local governments to build, buy, and repair farm labor housing in either dormitory, single-family, or multi-family style apartments.

Guaranteed Rental Housing Loans -- To enable individuals or organizations to build or purchase and rehabilitate rental units in rural areas. Loans are made by commercial lenders and guaranteed by USDA Rural Development.
