USDA Rural Development State Director Patrick H. Brennan addressed more than 100 state and local economic development officials on January 23 in Albany as part of the New York State Economic Development Council's annual conference.
Brennan was a member of a five-person panel that addressed the conference's IDA session. The address focused on Rural Development business and utilities programs.
