Proposed Changes in B&I and Other RD Guaranteed Loan Programs

USDA Rural Development is working on a revision of its regulations governing the Business & Industry (B&I), Community Facilities (CF), Rural Energy for America (REAP), and Water & Waste Disposal (WWD) guaranteed loans programs. The rule proposes to consolidate four separate regulations and seeks to streamline and improve the delivery of these programs. This site provides links and information about the proposed changes so that you can more easily understand and evaluate the changes. PLEASE NOTE THAT NONE OF THESE CHANGES ARE YET IN EFFECT.
