This tool was developed to allow applicants and borrowers to preliminarily explore how their proposed transfer transaction may be viewed by RD and suggest areas or issues that will need to be more fully developed and explored with the RD Servicer responsible for servicing the project, as the proposal is developed by the buyer, seller, other funding sources and participants who will be involved with the transaction. MPR Preliminary Analysis Tool

This tool was developed to allow applicants to preliminarily explore how their proposed MPR transaction may be impacted with the tools that RD may offer thru the MPR NOFA, and to then suggest areas or issues that need to be more fully developed and explored as the proposal is developed under the NOFA. The property owner and the buyer, seller, other funding sources and participants who will be involved with the transaction may find the results beneficial in suggesting the tools early on that may ultimately be made available if the project is selected for participation in the MPR program. This standardized underwriting Template was developed for Agency underwriters and reviewers to document the terms of proposed New Construction RRH and FLH transactions after selection under the respective NOFA.
