• Community Development Technical Assistance Handbook-- Provides information and guidance concerning the community development technical assistance process and the delivery of these services to Rural Development clients.

• Community Development E-learn Course
  Originally developed for Rural Development Staff - this course is now available for anyone to take and use. In this course, participants will learn the basics of community development, including strategic planning, benchmarking and evaluation. The course is 2 to 3 hours, and can be broken into 2 or 3 blocks of learning. Works wells in a group learning environment.
