Below is the
link to the program-specific regulation, 7 CFR 4284. This regulation is
composed of several subparts. Subpart A provides some general rules for
all of Cooperative Services’ grant programs, while the other subparts
provide more specific rules for different programs. Subpart J is the
relevant part of the regulation for the Value-Added Producer Grant
(VAPG) Program. VAPG applicants are advised that they should consult
both this program regulation and the current funding announcement when
preparing their proposals. VAPG recipients are advised that they should
consult this program regulation, the funding announcement under which
they received their grant, and all grant paperwork, including the grant
agreement and letter of conditions, for the grant requirements. If you
