Application Requirements
Title Page
Applicants for the VAPG program must submit a Title Page with their applications. The Title Page is limited to one page and must include the title of the project.
Recommendations for developing the Title Page:
- Include a short, descriptive title of your project that can be used to uniquely identify your project
- Include the name and address of the applicant organization
- Include the date your application was submitted
