2001 Annual Report Executive Summary
Oglala Sioux-Pine Ridge Empowerment Zone
What can be safely surmised from this report is that there was a step in a positive direction for the year 2001. There is however challenges that surface as quick as we resolve others. It appears that public interest has dissipated due to the fact that fiscal resources are not as readily available as tribal members have come to expect. Despite this, the organization has been able to distribute over $ 1 million dollars for benchmark activities.
