This year we have continued to build social capacity, form alliances and redirect human and financial resources, both local and outside. Community participation in planning and implementation of plans has been good. Our community has become closer with more efforts directed to the common good. Strong alliances have been formed between citizens groups, local governments, local businesses and regional and state organizations. Together we revisited our strategic plan and together we are working to implement it.
