2002 Annual Report Executive Summary
Empowerment Alliance of SW Florida
We
have completed 70% of our 26 benchmarks for the first two years and have
identified our goals for the next two to five years. The Strategic Plan for the
Empowerment Alliance Enterprise Community identifies the following Goals,
Objectives and Strategies for implementation. The Strategic Plan was developed
in 1998 with broad community input and is updated and revised annually. The
Alliance and its Partners have accomplished the following strategies over the
last year.
