The OOW/EZ is pleased to report significant progress for the year 2002. In this period, the OOW/EZ was able to allocate $1,612,432.00 in EZ funds, which resulted in $20,007,521.00 in leveraged dollars for a ratio of 14 to 1, and the creation of 45 full and or part time jobs.

7. Lakota Fund Home Buyer Counseling: $15,000.00 

8. Lakota Fund Individual Savings Plan: $16,000.00 

9. Oglala Lakota College Technology Center: $260,000.00 

10. Pine Ridge Crazy Horse Park Project: $10,000.00 

11. Batesland Fire Department: $37,523.00 

12. Wakpamni District Community Buildings: $10,125.00 1

3. Medicine Root Youth Center: $25,000.00 

14. Oglala Sioux Tribe Vocational Rehabilitation: $20,000.00 

15. Oglala Sioux Tribe Circle Project: $125,000.00 

16. Pine Ridge Village Community Uplift Program: $15,000.00
