Tri-County Indian Nations Enterprise Community
2004 has been an exciting year for Tri-County Indian Nations Community Development Corporation. We have aggressively refocused our efforts and made significant progress on all aspects our strategic plan. The leading force behind Tri-County’s renewed energy is our new president, Dr. Joe L. Braly. Dr. Braly is responsible for strategic planning, relationship building on both a local and national level, communicating our mission and benchmarks to the Board of Directors, employees, and community at large. He is also responsible for marketing, budgeting, and consensus building in order to reach the goals established by Tri-County. Dr. Braly is compassionate, experienced, and dedicated to the success of the entire Tri-County Enterprise Community. Tri-County's mission is to guide, initiate, implement, and fund strategies and programs for developing opportunities for regional economic growth, fostering workforce development programs, building community capacity to support growth and development, and improving the quality of life for the people of our communities. Tri-County’s goals include: promoting opportunities for economic and self improvement, ensuring adequate and affordable housing, providing a variety of recreational and cultural activities, ensuring safe water and sewage systems to support an expanding economic base, and making available job training assistance. Our strategic plan and benchmarks are based on those defined goals.
