Four Corners Enterprise Community (4CEC)
The Four Corners Enterprise Community (4CEC) is in the process of laying the groundwork required for a solid organization. The EC has successfully involved all sectors of the community including the Navajo Trust Fund and tribal communities along with other partners to develop its 2-year work plan. The participatory process being developed will serve to support a wide range of projects and programs.
The National Office, AZ RD and the Utah Navajo Trust have assisted 4CEC in setting up administrative operations. The State Office has provided on-going assistance to the community. The AZ. EZ/EC Coordinator has provided hands-on assistance. The Executive Director & community representatives of the 4CEC attended the National Rural Development EZ/EC Training Conference and will undoubtedly benefit from the sessions designed to assist rural community and economic development.
