Northeast Louisiana Delta Enterprise Community
Northeast Louisiana Delta Community Development Corporation (NELDCDC) was organized in 1995 and serves as lead entity for the Northeast Louisiana Delta Enterprise Community. Its primary mission is to alleviate poverty and revitalize distressed communities in the Northeast Louisiana Delta Region by creating economic opportunities and sustainable community development.
