| Ripley County Champion Community-4 | Increase the amount of quality childcare licensed providers in the county by encouraging more people to enter the field. The Ripley County Caring Community Partnership is presently working with a group from Poplar Bluff that is wanting to have an effort in Doniphan to address the need for low income housing, day care and health needs. We are assisting them in responding to a DED RFP that mainly addresses housing but may include childcare need.
