Picture of closed school building Former Richland High School (closed 10) is located in Richland, Stewart County, Georgia and is being converted to a Business Incubator/Entrepreneurial Center. A RBEG grant for $99,999 and a Local Assistance Grant from the state for $50,000 were received by the city to begin renovation. COG is also working with the regional Technical College to establish a satellite technical college in one wing of the school.
