How do I Apply?

The regulations provides complete details on the application process as published in the Federal Register.

Applications should be directed to the rural energy coordinators at your respective USDA State Rural Development Offices. The rural energy coordinator will also be able to answer questions and discuss the USDA environmental requirements that must be met for your proposed project. You should contact the office where your project is located.
