In order to secure Conference media credentials, valid media identification must be provided. Valid Identification includes: a media photo identification, a valid White House photo ID, a House or Senate press gallery ID, a Washington D.C. Police Identification or a letter of representation on media letterhead. An on-site media room will be available that will contain credit card phones with data ports. All breakfast and lunch programs and the closing banquet will be open to credentialed media. Those members of the media wishing to dine with the conference attendees must make reservations for meals by June 19, 1998 and will be charged for meals.
