Southwestern Illinois Resource Conservation and Development, Inc., Illinois - A $67,000 grant to provide technical assistance on how to use GIS mapping of rural water businesses to promote better management, homeland security issues, and business development. 65 jobs saved; 65 businesses assisted.

Industrial Development Authority of Perry County, Perryville, Missouri - A $24,600 grant to conduct a feasibility study to determine how a farmers' cooperative can build and operate a strawboard plant in Perry County.
