Homeownership Month 2004: Southern Maryland

Project partners surround the ceremonial check at the Southern Maryland check presentation ceremonyIn an effort to promote homeownership opportunities in Southern Maryland, the Rural Home Loan Partnership award was announced in front of a group of public and private State, County, and Local agencies. Approximately 100 people attended the 2004 Southern Maryland Regional Housing Forum to discuss affordable housing needs and possible solutions for the Tri County area. The Rural Home Loan Partnership consists of Southern Maryland Tri County Community Action Committee (SMTCCAC), Community Bank of Tri-County and USDA Rural Development.
